General Conditions of Sale for the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option
In the present General Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise indicated from the specific context, the expressions and terms below shall be defined as follows: "Air France": Société Air France, a limited liability company incorporated under French law, with its registered office at 45 rue de Paris, F-95747 Roissy CDG Cedex, France, and registered with the Registry of Commerce and Companies of Bobigny under the number 420 495 178. "Business Cabin" : Area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a Business fare ticket. "La Première Cabin": Area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a La Première Fare ticket. "Customer ": An individual person of legal age, who has subscribed to the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option. . "General Conditions of Sale or 'Conditions' or 'Presents' ": The present conditions defining the conditions or purchase of the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option ". "Long-haul" : Flights between Europe and Asia, Oceania, Africa (outside of North Africa), North or South America, the Middle East, or the Indian Ocean. "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option : The possibility offered to the Customer of purchasing paid access under the conditions defined herein.
The "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option is a service only available to Customers who have booked an Air France Business Cabin ticket on a Long-haul flight to destinations that are not served by Air France La Première cabins. Also excluded are destinations on Long-haul flights operated by another airline via a stopover equipped with La Première. Unaccompanied minors may not subscribe to the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option. By subscribing to the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option, the customer benefits from the following benefits and services available at Terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport the day of their departure:
- Private airport experience:
- Welcome by a La Première agent at door 17 of Terminal 2, Hall E at Charles de Gaulle airport
- Baggage transfer to the La Première vestibule (check-in area reserved for customers with a La Première Cabin ticket)
- Transfer by private luxury sedan to the La Première lounge
- Assistance with travel formalities: Identity check, baggage check-in, etc...
- Private airport experience: Passage through a security checkpoint dedicated to La Première customers, passage through a dedicated border checkpoint within the La Première Lounge.
- Access to a Suite located in the La Première Lounge for a period of three (3) hours on the day of departure with a reserved slot. Each exclusive private suite in the La Première Lounge can accommodate up to 4 people. These Suites measure up to 45m2 and include:
- A living room with a sofa, two (2) armchairs, a desk area, a dining table with four (4) seats, a flat-screen TV with network channels, and video-conferencing facilities
- A bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV with network channels and a safe
- One bathroom
- Each suite has its own private outdoor patio
- One suite (suite 1) has been fitted out to meet disabled access standards
- Two interconnecting suites (suites 1 and 2) for up to 8 people
These Suites feature special services:
- On site catering service: With the same menus by Chef Alain Ducasse as in the La Première Lounge
- Possibility of reserving a SISLEY treatment
- Mini bar,
- Exceptional bedding and linens
- One bathroom
- Business: Videoconferencing on the lounge screen Small office area,
- Additional services: Ironing and shoe-shining service available on request
The "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option is a service only available to Customers who have booked an Air France Business Cabin ticket on a Long-haul flight to destinations that are not served by Air France La Première cabins at a rate of 1,790 euros per person, including tax. Also excluded are destinations on Long-haul flights operated by another airline via a La Première-equipped stopover. Reservations can be made via our call centers prior to the day of departure and at the airport with a La Première agent, subject to availability. Unaccompanied minors are not eligible for the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option.
4.1 The Customer can pay for the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option using one of the payment methods offered on the Websites. 4.2 Payment for the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" can be made in Miles, where applicable.
The "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option is associated with an Air France flight number and must be used on the day of the flight's departure for which the customer has purchased a "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option. The "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option is subject to availability.
6.1 The Option offered to the Customer is personal and non-transferable. Once the "La Première Lounge Suite + Exclusive Airport Experience" Option has been purchased by a Customer, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or reimbursed in cash or by crediting Miles except in the cases provided for in Article 6.2.
6.2 The Customer who has purchased the "La Première Lounge Suite" Option may only be reimbursed the Price of the "La Première Lounge Suite" Option in the following circumstances:
- The flight for which the Customer has purchased the Option is canceled, modified or delayed,
- Following a voluntary flight change made by the Customer, the Option is no longer available (Long-haul flight equipped with a La Première cabin)
Air France shall not be liable and shall not be deemed to have failed in its obligations in the event of non-performance of all or part of the services covered by the present contract due to a case of force majeure as defined or interpreted by French law. In such a case, the Customer shall not be entitled to any indemnity, interest, or compensation for any direct or indirect loss suffered as a result of the failure to provide services.
Air France reserves the right to alter these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Subscriptions to the Option will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of booking, unless a change to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by law or governmental authority (in which case this change will also apply to all orders already placed).
The present General Conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of litigation, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise indicated in the General Conditions of Sale.
