A customized service
In Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, and Toulouse, your personal Hertz DriveU driver will pick you up in a premium vehicle and drive you to the airport. You can also take advantage of this service upon arrival of your La Première cabin flight at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or your connecting flight in one of the cities listed. Book your driver by phone up to 6 hours before the transfer by calling the dedicated La Première helpline.
Transfer is offered within a 75 km/46.6 mi radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, and Toulouse. Beyond this radius, you are responsible for the cost. Transfers are unavailable within the airport zone.
A warm welcome right at your car
As soon as you arrive at the airport, our team will welcome you in front of Terminal 2E, opposite Gate 17, the only meeting point for La Première guests. A porter will take care of your baggage. We then take you to a private check-in lounge (vestibule), where every formality is completed for you. You can then enjoy a private ground journey for added privacy and comfort. Then, enjoy a timeless interlude in the La Première lounge or a private suite (fees apply).
Expedited boarding
Once these formalities have been completed, we will drive you to your plane in one of the 29 available Porsche Cayenne Hybrids. You will be personally introduced to the crew when you arrive on board. Make yourself comfortable and get ready to enjoy the La Première in-flight experience. Throughout your journey, you will benefit from private and dedicated security checkpoints.

Enjoy personalized service throughout your trip. You have priority as soon as you disembark at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. If Paris is your final destination, we will accompany you to the check-in lounge, where your baggage will be delivered. There, you can shower and enjoy snacks by Alain Ducasse and his teams. If you have a connecting flight, our team will meet you on arrival and accompany you to the La Première lounge.
