Prepare yourself to take a flight

The convenience of distance learning and the effectiveness of individualized support make the "Prepare Yourself to Take a Flight" workshop ideal for anyone over 18 who feels apprehensive about flying.

There are four parts to the workshop:

  1. Define your personal goal.
  2. Identify and reframe your preconceived notions about air travel.
  3. Apply emotional regulation techniques to manage your fear more effectively.
  4. Develop a mental image that supports your goal, and then put it into practice.

The workshop is conducted remotely by a sophrologist who is also an Air France crew member.

  • The program consists of 4 sessions, each lasting 2 hours, and is held every Tuesday for 4 consecutive weeks.
