Your Flying Blue tiers and benefits
Our loyalty program offers several tiers, each giving you access to dedicated benefits.
How Experience Points (XP) Work
The more you travel, the more Experience Points (XP) you will earn. These XPs allow you to reach new tiers and unlock different benefits. You will receive them for flights operated by Air France, KLM, and by our SkyTeam partners. The amount depend on your cabin and the type of flight you have selected.
You can also earn XP by purchasing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
What are UXPs?
Ultimate Experience Points (UXP) give you access to Ultimate status, the program's highest tier. As a Platinum or Ultimate member, you earn both UXP and XP when you purchase sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) or a ticket with an Air France or KLM flight number.
How to maintain or change tiers?
As soon as you become a Flying Blue member and earn your first Mile or XP, your 12-month qualification period begins.
During this period, you can enjoy your benefits while earning enough XPs or UXPs to reach the next tier. If you move up before the 12 months are up, your qualification period resets on the date your tier changes.
